To prepare Fenugreek paste, take two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and soak them overnight in just enough water. In the morning process the seeds with the water in a food processor until you get a smooth paste. Apply this paste to the receding hairline and wait for an hour or so. Rinse the paste off with cool water and shampoo as usual. Repeat the remedy twice or thrice a week.

Rich in Vitamin E, castor oil also has anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties which make it an ideal treatment for hair loss caused by fungal infections, such as dandruff.

Heat three tablespoons of castor oil in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Apply warm castor oil into the roots of the hair and massage for 5 to 7 minutes. Cover your head with a spare towel or shower cap and leave it on overnight. In the morning wash off with a mild shampoo, baby shampoo preferably, and normal water. Repeat this hot oil treatment once a week for best results.

These non surgical natural remedies are really effective but they need time and patience to be effective. Consistently apply these ingredients to the receding hairline for at least 2-3 months to see any improvement.
